Consent and Instructions *

Study introduction and Consent: The Society of Gynecologic Oncology’s (SGO) Education Committee and Program Directors Network have created a Fellow Bootcamp Curriculum for incoming fellows. Past surveys of Program Directors identified a knowledge gap due to the educational focus of residency vs. that of fellowship. Incoming fellows may be underprepared for advanced specialty training, particularly in terms of surgical skills, clinical responsibility and medical knowledge. The curriculum addresses these gaps by including lectures on the following: Radiation Oncology Chemotherapy and Targeted Therapeutics Research Fundamentals Palliative Care Other pertinent topics The following survey is a pre-curriculum assessment. You will be presented with information relevant to residency and fellowship education and asked to answer some questions about it. Please be assured that your responses will be kept completely confidential. The survey should take you around 5-7 minutes to complete, and your responses will be used to refine the bootcamp curriculum. Your participation in this research is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw at any point during the study, for any reason, and without any prejudice.
