Palliative Care Module Series - Part 1 (No CE)
The SGO Palliative Care Committee has developed a series of 12 modules. Part 1 includes the first five topics listed below. This content is primarily designed for trainees but is useful for providers at all levels in all settings.
The modules include a video review followed by a short quiz. Additionally, there are newly-added case discussion guides for faculty to utilize as an adjunct teaching tool beyond the online course.
This series is not eligible for CE.
Anorexia and Cachexia

- Articulate the steps in evaluation of anorexia and cachexia

- Recognize the importance of contextualizing the evaluation and management of anorexia/cachexia within broader discussion of goals of care
Constipation

Dyspnea

Nausea and Vomiting

Neuropathic Pain
