This PDF resource outlines important general guidelines for treatment to address all sites of disease and cross blood brain barrier (BBB). Pharmacology of BBB penetration must be considered, so overlap can be exploited from known agents with activity in gynecologic malignancies (i.e., agents active in ovarian cancer that also can cross into the BBB at effective therapeutic concentrations are selected).
